PMG ပုလင်းသန့်စင်စက်ရုံက ပေးနေကျ လုပ်ခလစာ ဖြစ်တဲ့ ရက်မှန်ကြေး မပေးတာနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး ပုလင်းဆေးဌာနက ဝန်ထမ်းတွေက လာမယ့် ဩဂုတ်လ ၈ ရက်မှာ သပိတ်မှောက် တောင်းဆိုမယ်လို့  PMG အလုပ်သမားသမဂ္ဂ ပုလင်းဆေးဌာန က ထုတ်ပြန်ထားပါတယ်။

ရွှေပြည်သာမြို့နယ်၊ အမှတ် ၆၄ ၊တွင်းသင်းတိုက်ဝန် ဦးထွန်းညိုလမ်း၊ စက်မှုဇုန် ၃ မှာ ရှိတဲ့ PMG ပုလင်းသန့်စင် စက်ရုံမှာ တစ်လလုံး အလုပ်ပျက်ရက် မရှိတဲ့ ဝန်ထမ်းတွေကို လစာရဲ့ ၁၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း ကို ရက်မှန်ကြေးအနေနဲ့ စက်ရုံဘက်က ပေးခဲ့ပေမယ့်  ၂၀၂၀ခုနှစ် စက်တင်ဘာလမှာ ကိုဗစ်ရောဂါကြောင့် စက်ရုံယာယီရပ်နားခဲ့တဲ့ အချိန်က စပြီး  ရက်မှန်ကြေးတွေကို ဖြတ်တောက်ခဲ့တယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။  

စက်ရုံပြန်လည် လည်ပတ်ချိန်မှာ အလုပ်သမားတွေရဲ့ တောင်းဆိုမှုကြောင့်  တစ်လအတွက်သာ ရရှိခဲ့ပြီး နိုင်ငံရေးအပြောင်းအလဲကို အကြောင်းပြပြီး ရက်မှန်ကြေးတွေမရရှိတော့ဘူးလို့ PMG အလုပ်သမားသမဂ္ဂ ပုလင်းဆေးဌာနက အလုပ်သမားတွေဆီက သိရပါတယ်။

ဒါကြောင့်  အလုပ်သမားတွေက  ရက်မှန်ကြေးပြန်လည်ရရှိဖို့ အလုပ်ရုံနှင့် အလုပ်သမားဥပဒေ စစ်ဆေးရေး ဦးစီးဌာနကို တိုင်ကြားခဲ့ပေမယ့် ရက်မှန်ကြေးဟာ အခကြေးငွေဥပဒေနဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်မှုမရှိဟုဆိုပြီး အငြင်းပွားမှုတစ်ခုအနေနဲ့  ညှိနှိုင်းဖျန်ဖြေရေးအဖွဲ့ဆီ လွဲပြောင်းပေးခဲ့တယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် မြို့နယ်ညှိနှိုင်းဖျန်ဖြေရေးမှာ ရုံးချိန်း ၃ ခု ညှိနှိုင်းခဲ့ပေမယ့် ပြေလည်မှုမရရှိတာ‌ကြောင့် အလုပ်သမားတွေက ခုံသမာဓိဆီ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့တယ်လို့ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်မှာ ဖော်ပြပါတယ်။

အလုပ်သမားတွေက  အခကြေးငွေပေးချေရေး ဥပဒေ ပုဒ်မ ၂(က) အရ  ရသင့်တဲ့ ဝင်ငွေတခုအနေနဲ့  တောင်းဆိုခဲ့ပေမယ့် ခုံသမာဓိအဖွဲ့က အနည်းဆုံးအခကြေးငွေသတ်မှတ်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ အမျိုးသားကော်မတီ၏ အမိန့်ကြေငြာစာအမှတ် (၁/၂၀၁၈) နဲ့ အရင် ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်တခုဖြစ်တဲ့ ရွှေပြည်သာမြို့နယ် စက်မှုဇုန် ၁ PMG အရက်ချက်စက်ရုံမှာ ရက်မှန်ကြေးတောင်းဆိုမှု ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ကို ကိုးကားပြီး ရက်မှန်ကြေး တောင်းဆိုတာကို ပယ်ကြောင်း ခုံသမာဓိက ဆုံးဖြတ်ခဲ့တယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။

PMG ပုလင်းသန့်စင်သိုလှောင်စက်ရုံ အလုပ်သမားတွေအနေနဲ့  ခုံကောင်စီသို့ တက်ရောက်နိုင်ပေမယ့် ၂၀၂၂ခုနှစ် အတွင်း ရွှေပြည်သာ စက်မှုဇုန် ၁ PMG အရက်ချက်စက်ရုံတွင် ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့သည့် ရက်မှန်ကြေး တောင်းတဲ့အမှုဟာ ခုံကောင်စီက လုပ်ငန်းရှင်အပေါ် တဖက်သတ် ဘက်လိုက်ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်တွေနဲ့ အဂတိမကင်းဘူးလို့ ယူဆတာကြောင့်နဲ့  ပုလင်းသန့်စင်သိုလှောင်စက်ရုံ အလုပ်သမားတွေက  ခုံကောင်စီရဲ့ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ကို ယုံကြည်မှုမရှိတာ ကြောင့် စက်ရုံအတွင်း သပိတ်မှောက် တောင်းဆိုဖို့  ဆုံးဖြတ်ခဲ့တာလို့ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်မှာ ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။ 
PMG ပုလင်းသန့်စင်သိုလှောင်စက်ရုံဟာ အင်းစိန်မြို့နယ် ရွှေပြည်သာ စက်မှုဇုန် ၃ အတွင်းမှာ ရှိပြီး PMG အရက်ချက်စက်ရုံကတော ရွှေပြည်သာမြို့နယ် စက်မှုဇုန် ၁ အတွင်းမှာ အသီးသီးရှိနေပေမယ့် Peace Myanmar Group ကုမ္မဏီပိုင် စက်ရုံတွေ ဖြစ်တယ်လို့လည်း ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။

Employees of PMG bottle cleansing factory will be starting a factory strike concerning with their wage
 

The department of bottle cleansing of the Workers’ Union of PMG bottle cleansing factory stated that their employees will be organizing a strike on August 8 at the factory regarding not being paid the usual bonus for daily attendance.

This factory which is located in N0. 64, Ward 3, U Htun Nyo Road, Shwe Pyi Thar township, has been paying out bonuses, 10% of their salary,  to employees with no absence within a month. However, it has been cut out since the factory was temporarily closed due to COVID-19 back in September of 2020.

When the factory could start operating again after the pandemic, the workers got bonuses only for a month thanks to their appeals but there has been no bonus given since then. ‘The factory authorities have placed the blame on the political instability for the lack of payment’ according to the workers.

In order to obtain their bonuses back, the workers addressed a petition to Factories and General Labour Laws Inspection Department but was handed over to The Reconciliation Body, for not having any concern with The Payment of Wage Law and identifying as a dispute they are not responsible to solve. Nevertheless, having no mediation after 3 court sessions in its respective township, ‘We decided to take it up to the arbitration body.’ as stated by the workers.

The workers based their petition on section 2(A) of The Payment of Wage Law , claiming that the bonuses are well earned income but the arbitration decided to deny it by referencing the announcement(1/2018) by The Nation Committee on Minimum Wage and the decree on a former similar case for PMG distillery in Ward 1.

The workers of PMG bottle cleansing factory reported that although they were able to take the case up to the arbitration, they have no faith in the decision of the arbitration, as they believe that there were several partialities and decisions were heavily biased toward the company, not only in their case but also for the distillery case. Thus, it is decided to make the appeal through organizing a strike within the factory.

PMG bottle cleansing factory and PMG distillery are located in Ward 3 and Ward 1 of Shwe Pyi Thar Industrial Zone respectively and both are owned by Peace Myanmar Group.
