Workers at Yongan Fashion Myanmar Demand Wage Increase

Workers at Yongan Fashion Myanmar Garment Factory, are reportedly demanding a wage raise.

The factory is located on Yawatwinwun U Phoe Hlaing Road, Shwe Lin Ban Industrial Zone, and around half of the factory’s workforce is said to be involved in the wage demand.

Workers have stopped working inside the factory since July 10 and initiated the demand, with negotiations still ongoing, according to participating workers.
