The negotiations upon a labour physically assault and fired from KINGSRISH (Myanmar) which manufacture H&M brand did not resolve

As a female worker at Kingsrish (MYANMAR) Fashion Limited was fired after she was punched in the workplace, it is reported that there were negotiations but did not resolve. Kingsrish (MYANMAR) Fashion Limited locates in No.39/1,2,3 Yay Pyar Street, No.18 Ward, Shwe Pyi Thar Township, Yangon Division. 

 At H&M, the employer made 3 appointments today. --- the employer said he would not pay. It's over. So, as the labour asked a permission to file a lawsuit, the supervisor said that they would take instructions from the ministry. We have to wait for the instructions from the ministry. If they don’t negotiate anymore and the ministry allow a permission to file a lawsuit, we will help the labour.”, said by a activist who is helping the labour.

 On July 21, at around 2:00 p.m., Ma----- who is a labour working in the parking lot of the factory was arguing with a man from the same department about business, and the worker swore at her and punched him 3 times in the face.

 Dissatisfied with being punched like that, she complained to Leader but was driven away without any solution. After that, the same worker grabbed her shirt from behind punched 2 more times. Besides, the owner did not solve the problem and fired her without any compensation.

 Therefore, complained to the Department of Labor for violating the terms of the EC contract, and finished negotiating three times on August 21st but the negotiations did not go well because the employer did not take responsibility in any fair way.

 The factory is a Chinese Nationality - owned factory that mainly manufactures H&M products. It is also known that a four-year-old female worker was fired for bringing snacks to the cavity line in July 2022.
