Dear Editors,

We are workers from Jun Coporation germent factory from Hlegu. The factory locates near Zayatkwin Hlegu Township. We once seek help from you.

This is another attempt.

The whole factory were fun on Saturdays before but we were afraid of arriving Saturday for now as they call all night overtime every week.

It got worse than the previous time.

The factory reduce some overtime after your media report in the news. There were no teams came to investigate since then. It become worse in this time.

We work all night overtime on all 4 Saturdays of August and the same goes for September. We have worked all night overtime on one Saturday in October and we have to do it every week. It is until 5:00 am in the morning and they provide transportation after the overtime.

We are stress and anxious for working all night overtime weekly.

The normal working hours are from 7:20 am to 7:50 pm and we are working overtime everyday.

We get a break at 4:30 pm and also on 8:00 pm for dinner if we work all night overtime. We get paid 2,500 kyats for a meal.

But it is not convenient for us to work all night overtime every week. We want to be helped.

#Information - Jun Coporation Co.,Ltd owner is South Korean nationality and hires more than 1,000 workers. There is workplace coordination committee but the members were not elected by the workers. Myanmar Labour News posted the workers grieves in Letter Sector on July 31 but we found out all night overtimes were called weekly on August as there were no actions. Workers wrote the Sunday overtimes, leave refusals, pay cut, intimidations on grade levels and all night overtime in their July letter
