Garment factory all super (in charge) intimidate the labors

One of the all super from Eslite Garment factory is threating the subordinates, said by the labors.
There are 43 machine cavities inside the factory and that all super is the one who is in charging of line no 39 to 43, told by Ma Zin Zin(pseudonym), a labor.

 
“I heard that they said they would reduce grades if the workers leave with gate pass, making them sign 3 warnings, after that firing” said by Ma Zin Zin.


Labors from other cavities entitle the medical and casual leave fully provided by the factory but restricted by the all super when those from line number 39 to 43 ask for a leave Inevitably, told by a labor.


“Scolded for asking for leaves according to the law, demanding very high standards, if can’t intimidated with reducing the expertise fees(grade), abolishing the cavity and firing”, said by a female worker. 


Screaming by the all super is witnessed by factory HRs, labors from other cavities and ambassadors but not effective with reporting, again told by that labor.


She also said that “We can report but the one who report would be taken action, all are worrying for intimidating of reducing the grades and firing. And it’s also embarrassing to be yelled loudly”. 
Ma Zin Zin stated that she was embarrassed for being accused multiple times as egocentric labor and use rough pronouns such as “chick”.


She told that “It’s disheartening even for the ones who heard that she is scolding about two workers from her cavity asking for a leave and gate pass”.


Its is noted that the factory does nothing to forbit the labor’s being slenderly assaulted and defamed.
There are about 2700 labors and 60 foreign employees Eslite Garment Co.Ltd.
The oppression of a foreign employees and a female manager from the factory a year ago was expressed by Myanmar Labor News. 


According to the labors, the Eslite Garment factory, which is located in Maung Kyan Thee street, Shwe Lin Ban industrial zone, Hlaing Thar yar township, Yangon is owned by a Taiwanese nationality and it is manufacturing AIGLE 1853 jacket brands.
