An employee working at Ooredoo Myanmar Limited in Bahan Township complained for unfair dismissal

According to the Solidarity of Trade Unions, Myanmar (STUM), an employee working at Ooredoo Myanmar Limited in Bahang Township, Yangon Region has filed a complaint to the Ministry of Labor for being unfairly dismissed.

It is reported that the employee was working as a FTTH Senior Manager, and was unfairly dismissed without giving prior notice to his legal rights.

The case was negotiated 2 times with the combined team of the Department of Labor and the Department of Labor Relations, 3 times at the Bahan Township Meditation team and 1 time with the Department of Labor. The case is not still resolved although it was negotiated for 6 times so the Solidarity of Trade Unions, Myanmar (STUM) said that they will process according to the law.
